With Fantini Mosaici, the charm of Palazzo Kiton is renewed in Milan
High craftsmanship, made in Italy, experience, passion, and unparalleled quality.
These are many of the values shared by the Kiton brand and Fantini Mosaici.
For the recent restyling of Palazzo Kiton, a historic place of Italian luxury fashion in the vibrant Brera district, Fantini Mosaici took on the challenge of balancing preservation and renewal. Thus, a bespoke work takes shape, perfectly integrating with the project by architect Bruna Galbusera of B+ARCHITECTS, aimed at updating the building while preserving the original beauty and style of the palace.
Fantini Mosaici worked in two areas: restoring the existing terrazzo flooring in the external areas and creating new terrazzo interiors, with the goal of respecting the color palette from the renovation by Franco Raggi in the 1990s for the Gianfranco Ferrè headquarters.
With a mix of candoglia, carrara, bardiglio, and occhialino, featuring delicate color tones, the terrazzo flooring, assembled on-site by Fantini Mosaici's artisans, extends throughout all areas of Kiton's Milan headquarters with a seamless flow between natural hues and soft shades.
The interior of the store is posted on the floor, creating a cool, comfortable atmosphere, giving ample space to the visibility of the head, emerging from the bright tone and impeccable scandite finish of its metallic structure with golden tones.
